Making money is not the same as keeping it there is a reason why investments aren’t well taught in schools, the examples you gave are well stationed, the market crisis gave me my first millions, people shy away from hard times, I embrace them.. well at least my advisor does lol.
I had a big awesome career which demanded working ~ 60 hrs/wk. I did it because I loved what I did. So I paid people to clean my house, landscaping, beauty services, food services, eating out etc. Than I retired…. and with the guidance of great videos like yours Gabe, I have now taken back all the things I paid others for, and I’m loving it. Yay!
