Nah, no Chinese evs are being exported to the US currently and raising tariff at best will remain the status quo. Chinese EVs will continue to dominate the world while the US's domestic car prices will rise naturally due to no real competition. So in the end Americans will just end up paying more for less and become less competitive globally
